Hi! I’m Nicole, — Mom of two boys questionably raised where the wild things are, lover of the outdoors, traveling, and a bit of a canine conversationalist. My professional career thus far was made up of a majority time spent working in and valuing the importance of quality early childhood education but as some time went on, I found a passion for property management. So, though this isn’t exactly my first rodeo in the housing world, it’s my first chapter in Real Estate. Being in property management, I’ve seen it all: heroic plumbing rescues, 2AM leak calls, appliances with personality disorders, rent rolls, compliance puzzles, and large asset management projects that tested both my patience and my caffeine limits. You name it, I probably have a good story. Two of those years were spent managing multiple Senior Independent Living communities which is where I found an undeniable fondness for our local seniors. One of my biggest goals is to be able to give back to local low-income seniors through donations, and community involvement. Those years taught me that real estate isn’t really about buildings — it’s about people, stories, and finding comfort in the chaos. As I dive into real estate sales, I’m thrilled to help others find not just a house, but a home.
