Kevin and his wife, Veronica have proudly called Vermont home for over 3 decades. Together they raised three children amidst Vermont’s supportive communities. Drawn to the Green Mountains by their natural beauty and strong sense of community, Kevin’s local insight and dedication make him a trusted guide for clients navigating Vermont’s real estate landscape.

Kevin’s professional path is marked by distinguished public service and vast industry expertise. Before his public service, Kevin built a successful career in the insurance industry, holding roles in marketing, underwriting, loss control, and both product and regional management.

One of the great joys of Kevin’s new chapter is partnering with his daughter, Lauren Gaffney Cohen, a seasoned member of The Gardner Group. He looks forward to learning from Lauren and his colleagues as he serves Vermonters in the next phase of his career.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Kevin cherishes time spent with Veronica and visiting with their grandchildren. He’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and exploring Vermont’s many trails and waterways with their Wheaten Terrier, Maddie.
